UNDERGRADUATE RE-ENROLMENT FORM

PREVIOUSLY ENROLLED STUDENTS: Complete and return to the Whitley College office.

POSTGRADUATE COURSEWORK DEGREES

NEW STUDENTS - ALL POSTGRADUATE COURSEWORK DEGREES: Form to be completed and submitted to the Whitley College office together with proof of citizenship (birth certificate or passport) and transcripts of prior studies.

RE-ENROLMENT POSTGRADUATE COURSEWORK

STUDENTS PREVIOUSLY ENROLLED: Form to be completed and returned to the Whitley College office.
