College Social Life

Because Whitley is one of the smaller colleges with 130 students, everyone gets to know everyone. It's a great environment to live in and you'll find a year has gone by before you even realize it!

Living in college is an awesome experience, and one that will stick with you for the rest of your life.

In addition to academic support Whitley offers a range of activities that only add to the college experience. None of the activities are compulsory, but you'll find yourself wanting to become involved in all that college life has to offer.

Social

Whitley is certainly a college that knows how to have fun! Check out what we get up to out on the town, and at our common room dances (CRD's), which are always a highlight on the social calendar.

Arts

If art, music, dance or theatre are your thing or you just want to try out a few different hobbies and have fun, check out all the ways you can participate here. Whitley's annual musical theatre production is always an awesome thing to be involved in.

Intercollegiate

College spirit is a big part of college life, and there's no better way to show it than at intercollegiate events! Whitley may be small but we certainly put on a good show and compete enthusiastically and with good sportsmanship against the other colleges. Intercollegiate events include a variety of sports, music and art competitions. There's something for everyone, even if you just like going along to cheer!

Clubs

Whitley's clubs, like Whitley people, represent a variety of personalities. Whether you're into religion, social justice, computers, or literature, there's a club for you!
